Hold That 2-Second Glance Now While You Drive!

A boy strolls down the street unaware that a speeding motor vehicle is approaching in his direction. Boom! The boy is smashed to the corner. Next scene, a woman is carrying her grocery bag and meets a old fashion chevy that is flying close to her. She is hit hard and tossed to 20 feet above the ground. Both the scenes have one common culprit – the 2-second “all important” glance at your handset.
Most drivers and even the ones claiming to be just the very best on road have made the same mistake again and again. It could be your fiancé texting you, a friend calling you over for dinner or may be your manager catching up on work with you. It could be anybody, but that anybody might or might not know that you are driving.
You have to be responsible enough to not jeopardize your and others’ lives by glancing at the screen of your smartphone for even 2 seconds. It really takes only 2 seconds to end a life, trash dreams and cripple a life.
Switch to focused driving before it’s too late!
You do not get too many second chances while you are behind the wheels. Road safety is the most important aspect of safe driving and it does not come only with practice but with a strong will. You need to be focused exclusively on driving and without glancing for a couple of seconds to get a glimpse of the new text message or answer a call or just anything while you are driving on road.
Responsible driving saves a hundred lives every year!
No Surrey driving school will keep this at the top of the manual. Not many will request you time and again to avoid that glance or for that matter, that one last drink on your birthday to avoid a road mishap. Be responsible, drive safe. Learn from a professional driving training school in Surrey. Remember, license – check, vehicle – check, fuel – check and no other checks once you hit the road.
